Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Accommodation cancellations must be submitted at least one month prior to the conference start date (by February 18, 2025).
Cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective hotels, and refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with those policies.

5. Conference Conduct
All attendees must adhere to the event’s code of conduct, which includes maintaining professionalism and respecting fellow attendees, speakers, and organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property

All content, including presentations, materials, and media provided during the conference, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the authors or organizers.

7. Liability
The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the conference.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and any associated risks.

8. Force Majeure
The organizers are not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
