Refund Policy

Registration Fees:
We do not offer any refunds for conference registration fees. All registration payments are final.

Accommodation Cancellations:
Accommodation cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective hotels. If you wish to cancel your accommodation, a notice period of at least one month prior to the conference (by February 18, 2025) is required. Refunds for accommodation will be processed according to the hotel’s policies.
