Guidelines
Please read the instructions carefully prior to submitting your abstract.
- Abstracts are being invited for e Posters presentations (Scientific Exhibit /Educational Exhibit)
- Abstracts must be submitted online only through the website, abstracts submitted via email/fax or any other means will not be accepted.
- All abstracts must be submitted in English language only.
- Registration is mandatory for any kind of participation during the conference. You will be required to mention your Registration ID while submitting the abstract.
- Scientific Exhibit e Posters must be written in 250 words and Educational Exhibits Posters must be written in 400 words.
- The abstract should be in the PDF format only.
- The title of the abstract must be concise, avoid using abbreviations.
- Scientific Exhibit posters should have the following headings: Aim/purpose, methods, results and conclusions. Educational Exhibits E-posters should include the following headings: Background, Learning Objectives, Imaging findings/Procedure details, and Take home message.
- Do not include graphs/tables/images/references in the abstract. Do not mention the name of the institute or any author names in the abstract body.
- Last date for abstract submission is 28th February 2025 midnight.
- Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
- In submitting the abstracts, the authors also grant the organising committee, the right to publish the abstract in electronic form.
- The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The review process is confidential and the committee’ s decision is final.

- Certificate of presentation will be awarded to the presenting author only.
- Best 3 e-posters will be selected for awards.
